All of our Mystery Boxes are just that, a mystery. If you purchase one of our mystery boxes and are unhappy with what you receive we will allow you to return the item providing the items inside are unopened and in the same condition in which they were dispatched. 

Returning A Mystery Box

Please check out our returns procedure regarding any returns including Mystery Boxes, any returns made will be at your own cost and you would be refunded upon successful return and inspection of the items. All refunds would exclude the original postage costs.
